There was a big demand for all good classes, and spirited competition of Home, American, Japanese, French and Belgian representatives. Wellington, Last Night. I Mr. H. G. Hill, general manager of the I Bristol and Dominions Producers' AssoIciation, Ltd., has received the following cable from his head office at Bristol: — i "Lambs' and sheep's wool, good prospect in Liverpool. -Market prices for | all produce firm." .' This was opened on Sentenber 18th, in order to facilitate the distribution of frozen meat throushout Smith Wales. We found -that existing chan- . nels and buying capacities for this area [ were unsuitable, and decided to open [ our own depot, which, we are pleased . to say, has been attended by great success. This denot also controls a depot ; at Newport, Monmouthshire, which disi tributes New Zealand meat throughout 1 this country. It has had the result of ! introducing New Zealand lamb and - mutton, particularly to many hundreds ' of butchers in those districts which > I heretofore did not handle. New Zealand " I meat.
