DAIRY PRODUCE MARKET. Mr E. Griffiths lias received the folowing report from his London principals (Messrs. Mills and Sparrow), dated jondon, 11th December, 11>14:—• Butter.—Supplies of all descriptions continue very light, and this week owing to the delay with Siberian and the Jholding up of Australian steamers, there lias been very little on offer, consequently DaniHi, which seems to be always available every week in the year, has been further advanced (is per cwt., and buyers have had to pay the' price. Danish is now making a considerable premium over other descriptions, and the price is getting dangerously high. Next week the market should be much better supplied with butters from different sources, and a normal state of things should exist. 'New Zealand, there is nc thing on the market. Danish 125s t( 1565; Siberian, 118s to 120s; Australian salted, Victorian, finest, 132s to 136s unsalted, 134s to 13fis; good, fine, salted 128s to 130s; unsalted, 130s to 1325. New South Wales, finest salted, 132s to I 1345; unsalted, 132s 1345; good fine, salted, 128 ato 130s; unsalted, 130s to 1325; Queensland, finest, salted, 132s to IMS; unsalted, 132s to 1345; good fort, salted 126s to 130s; unsalted, 128s to 130s; New Zealand, first to arrive, 134s to 1365; Argentine finest, salted, 128s io 1325; unsalted 130s to 1325; this week's arrival of Australian, Osterley, 11,r>05 boxes. ICheesc. —Demand continues good, ■with light supplies. New Zealand arrivals are anxiously awaited, in order to relieve the situation. Canadian, 78s to 70s: New 'Zealand, none offering.
