>» - ,* v. BLOXA'M-SAXTON. At St. Mary's Church, New Plymouth yesterday atiernoon, m the presence of a large number of friends, Mr Henry S. Bloxiim, son of Mr A. it. Bloxam, of Ohristeliurch, was married to Miss Ktitha .Mary Saxton, e.dest daughter ot Mr and Mrs. W. it Sixton, of "Cantlop." Harrington road, New iMymoutb. The interior of the church, had beea artistically decorated by tile girl friends of the bride, iiev. A. H. Colvile officiated, and Mr Murrcll was the organist. Tho bride was given away by her father. Her wedding gown was ueautifully made of white satin charmcuae, * eiled. in Brussels lace, the bodice of the same lace being finished with folds' o£ white satin, lllie train of brocaded' crepe de chine was lined with pale Dink ninoß and decorated with one large pale pihK rose. She also wore a lovely old lace veil and carried a beautiful bouquet of white begoniasi roses and maidenhair. Misses Dorothy Saxton, Betty' King, ana Zaida Saxton were the bridesmaids, {rocked in flowered voile over white silk, with geranium pink baits and pearl buckleß, mob caps of flowered voile with frills of lacc, and they carried bouquets of hydrangeas,, blue salvias, and maidenhair. Mr H. W. Whitcbmbe was best nan, and Messrs E, M. King and S. E. Shaw groomsmen. After the ceremony a reception was held a(j the ■residency of the bride's parents, Mrs Saxtoi} receitf- , v ing in a gown of silver grey crape de cline, black hat trimmed with .forget-me-knots, and a bouquet ,of lavend'ej llowens. Mrs A. R. Bloxam (Christchurch) wore electric blue eolienne, with 1 touches of black, grey bat. lined withl black, with pheasant wings; Miss Bloxnm, white lace, saxe blue belt, saxe bin® floral hat, whifle ostrich plume: Mrs Waring Saxton, white embroidered voile, , Leghorn hat trimmed' with coral silk ana" ' Hack and blue. posies, bouquet of pink rarnations; Mrs Blundell, navy crepe de. chine, oriental' stripe trimmings, tu9caft coloured 3iat tlrimmed with oolourecl posies; Mr? Newton King, mole brocaded chine, finished with black tulle, white hat, l.laek and gold plumes; Mrs Fitzherbert,* purple coat and skirt, black ihat, purple plumes; Mrs Kyngdon, 1 ; jjaxe blue dress, floral trimmings, black hat with ourple roses; Mrs Walker, white crepe de chine, black hat; Mrs E., P. Mr and Mr 3 Bloxam left during the afternoon'for. south by motor car, the bride's travelling dress being a saxe blue costume, smart black hat trimmed with cerise velvet and' roses.
