Telegrams from Constantinople received at Odessa state that a movement in favor of speedy peace is gaining ground in Turkey, headed by Prince Vussefeddin, heir to the throne General Von (der Goltz, the German Commanded, is imprisoning all openly advocating peace. During the past month the Turks lost eighteen quick-firing batteries, ten ma-chine-gun companies, and transports.
