THE BANNER COMPETITION. The banner competition was resumed yesterday, when West End beat Fitzroy at West End, and New Plymouth A beat New Plymouth B on the town green. NEW PLYMOUTH A v. B. The A team early established a lead in their match against the B.'s, and steadily increased it, eventually winning by 138 to 98.
