The. last German counter-attack was defeated only ten miles from Sloclave. GERMAN LOSSES. RUSSIANS' PROGRESS. Petrograd, January 21. A communique states that nothing important happened on the 19th. The Germans suffered heavy losses in an attack on Radlofl', in Western Galicia. The Russians in Bukovina captured Johaneschti, 15 versts north of Fornawatra.
