CAPSIZE OF A SCOW. By Telegraph.—Per Press Association. Auckland, January 10. The scow Combine, owned by Win. stone, Ltd., loaded with 100 tons of machinery, capsized in the harbor early this morning and sank. The two men aboard were awakened by the vessel 'heeling over and got ashore in a boat. Tlie cause of Ijie accident is unknown.
