HIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT. THE ALLIES PROGRESSING. The Premier has received the following from the High Commissioner: — London, January 14, 4.30 a.m. Paris reports later that north-east of Soissons, the Allies' counter-attack progressed slightly between Cuffies and Crouy, hut they were unable to debouch from Crouy.
