THE PAHIATUA FATALITY.
ANOTHER VICTIM. By Telegraph.—Per Press Association. Gisborne, Last Night. James Green, the second victim of the Patutahi quarry blasting accident, died this evening. The inquest into the death of lArchic Eugden, the first victim, was opened early this afternoon, and adjourned for a month, in the hope that Green would be able to give evidence as to the cause of the explosion. Green was foreman at the quarry, and was about 40 years of age. He was married, but leaves no ehildren.
