MR. FISHER IN NEW ZEALAND. Sydney, December 31. The Telegraph, commenting on Mr. Fisher's confession that the unions in Australia spend half their time in endeavoring to circumvent the constitution in older to get to the Federal Arbitration Court, says: "What Mr, Fisher means is that if the proposed constitutional amendments are carried the road to the central authority will be made open without restriction. Whether that is an advantage is quite another matter. What the public requires to be convinced about before it votes on the referenda again is that it will." Auckland, December 31. Hon. Andrew Fisher, Prime Minister of the Commonwealth, accompanied by his touring party, will leave Auckland on Saturday forenoon, en route to Rotorua, and thense to other centres of the Dominion. The principal items of his itinerary are as follow:—January 2, leave Auckland for Rotorua; January 3, 4 and 5, at Rotorua; January 6, leave for Taumarunui, via Hamilton, visiting Government experimental farm at Hamilton; January 7, Wanganui river; January 8, arrive at Wellington, via Araanoho; January 9 and 10, at Wellington; January 11, leave Wellington in the evening for Lyttelton; January 12, arrive at Lyttelton, and rail to Christchurch; January 13, leave for Timaru 1 and Fairlie; January 14, Fairlie to Hermitage; January 20, leave for Queenstown; January 25, leave Queenstown for Dunedin; January 20, Dunedin; January 27, leave Dunedin for Lyttelton and Wellington; January 28, arrive Wellington; January 29, leave Wellington in the evening for Sydney.
