VICTORIA'S GIFTS. London, December 22. Mr 3fßride, Victorian Agent-Gen-eral, lias expended £IOOO, subscribed by the Victorian public services, upon socks, stockings and boots for Belgian refugees. The Christmas presents for Belgian refugees and soldiers in London included gifts of Victorian meat. Princess Mary has written to Mr McBride, stating that she is deeply touched by the Victorian Government's kindly thought. She has donated a hundred guineas from her own fund. CABLEGRAMS TO Till?
