UPROAR IN FEDERAL HOUSE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Melbourne, December 18. During tint debate on the Commonwealth Bank Bill, an uproar occurred in the House of Representatives. The Speaker named Mr Cook, and the whole of the Oppositionists left the Chamber. Mr Cook was suspended until he apologises. In the absence of the Opposition the Bill was rushed through. The Senate passed Bills authorising the issue of Treasury bills, sanctioning the eighteen million loan, raising and expending two million in the construction of the railway 'from Kalgoorlie to Port Agusta, and the War Pensions Bill. Mr Pearoe stated that close upon 20/100 troops had ben dispatched, and would cost during the first year. THE TOTAL"! SATOR BILL. Sydney, "December 18.
