DAMAGES FOR LIBEL. By Telegraph.—Per Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. The hearing of the action brought by Waters, 'Ritchie and Co., grain, seed and produce merchants, against Evans, Shiel and Co., produce and grain merchants, a claim for £750 daamges for alleged libel, which was commenced on 'Friday, was concluded in the Supreme Court to-day. The jruy gave a verdict for £75 for Waters, Ritchie and Co., and £37 10s for Evans, with costs.
