UNNECESSARY EXPENDITURE. By Telegraph.—Per Press Association. Wellington, December 10." The State Insurance Department is circularising Chambers of Commerce, drawing attention to the fact that the arrangements made by the Government for war risk insurances are not being taken advantage of by a number of people who are hereby imposing <upon themselves unnecessary expense. Briefly tin' scheme is for the Government to cable particulars to the High Commissioner, who will pay the premiums to the Imperial War Insurance Office.
