! THE KAISER RECUPERATES. UNEXPECTED RETURN TO BERLIN. RUSSIAN AIRMEN'S ATTENTION TOO PRESSING. Copenhagen, December 9. _ The Kaiser's unexpected return to Berlin from the eastern zone has caused intense disappointment, as people hoped that when he returned he would be at the head of the victorious army. It is asserted that the Kaiser's return is due to the uneasiness at the attentions of the Russian aviators, who obstrusively followed his every movement.
Paris, December 9. The Figaro states that it has the highest authority for stating that the spirit in German Court circles is very downhearted and that the future is viewed with great anxiety. Amsterdam states that Berlin telegrams assert that the Kaiser's condition is serious. He is suffering from pneumonia and continued nervous depression, caused by over-exertion. He lias continual headaches and is extremely violent to those around him. Doctors advise him not to return to the front. His illness is causing uneasiness throughout Germaany.
