FIRES.
MURCHISOX HOTEL BURNED. .'jt Telegraph.—Per I'rcss Association. Nelson, Saturday. Tlu.re was a disastrous fire at Murehiso'i this morning,, in which Downie's Hotel, of which Mr. Moxcy is licensee, •Hodgson's store and Moxey's Hall were completely destroyed. The lire commenced in the back portion 'of the hotel. Mr. Bishop, mining inspector, was among the visitors in the hotel, all of whom escaped.
