' RIOT AMONGST INTERNED SOLDIERS. ~ Amsterdam, December 3. Discontent, due to enforced idleness, culminated in a riot among the Belgian soldiers interned at Heist, near Utr'etch. Many Social Democrats refused to assist in building winter huts on the ground that they would take bread out of the mouths of the Dutch worker. Windows and furniture were broken.
