FOOD AT FAMINE PRICES. CHOLERA SPREADING. Times and Sydney Sun Services. Received 3, 5.10 p.m. ■ 'London, December 2. Reports from Vienna state that food prices have alarmingly increased in Austria. Maximum prices have been hastily fixed. Cholera continues to spread. TERRIBLE HEADACHES.
