WANGANUI SITTINGS. By Telegraph.—Per Press Association. Wanganui, December 1. The Supreme Court opened to-day, before Mr. Justice Stringer, and is engaged in rehearing the Civil case, Frances Mulliner versus Joseph Ivess, a claim for £IOOO damages for an alleged indecent assault. This case was heard last session in the Supreme Court, when the jury__disagreed. - .<xs« The local Law Society welcomed Mr. Justice Stringer, tliirf being the flrat time he has presided at a Court in Wanganui.
