A FLAG FOR DF.CKNT PEOPLE. Received 20, 1.20 a.m. Capetown, November 20. When De Wot removed the (lag from the Court House at Windburg, he tramped it in the dust. Mrs. Pienaar picked it up, declaring she would carry it until decent people returned, and she would then re-hoist the flag. It was re-hoisted when £otha re•ccupied the t;own.
