Ever since the new Waterside Workers* Union was formed last year, there hasbeen a good deal of friction between the executive and the old members of the original union. To-night a special meeting was held, at which the executive resigned, and a new executive was elected, comprising practically the same personnel as that in office before the strike, Mr. J. Curtice being elected president.
