KAISER SEEKING QUIET. RETIRES FROM BATTLEFIELD TO POTSDAM. Received 11, 10.55 p.m. London, November 10. The Daily Mail's Copenhagen correspondent says lie hears from Berlin that preparations are being made at Potsdam for the Kaiser's return. It is rumoured that it is the Emperor's intention to transfer 'his headquarters from Northern France to Potsdam. CONFIDENCE ''AND DETERMINATION PREVAIL. A "POEM OF HATE" AGAINST ENGLAND. Copenhagen, November 10. The Crown Prince of Bavaria is distributing among the troops a so-called German "Poem of Hate," expressing undying hatred towards England and England alone.
