Parcels for United Kingdom should be posted as usual,. ' They will he sent forward as opportunity offers. 'Correspondence for United Kingdom to be sent by the long direct route should be posted as usual, and specially marked "via Monto Video." The times for closing mails for [ilaees beyond the Dominion are liable to alteration (earlier or later).
