Arthur Alexander Ancell, on a charge of carnal knowledge, was acquitted.Clifford William Frederick Parrant, a youth charged with indecent assault, was admitted to probation for three yearn Joseph Keen, with several previous convictions against him was sent to goal for three years for being illegally on premises witSi intent to commit a crime. At the Supreme Court Claude Osmond Barker, alias Jamfeson, was found guilty of receiving £l3 0s 7d' on terms requiring him to pay same over, and converting the money to Jus own use. isen,tence was deferred. Charles Robert Kerr pleaded guilty to making ii falsedocument in order to obtain a bottle of whisky, the document being a doctor's order. Sentence was deferred. An elderly man named John Jones pleaded not guilty to a charge of indecently assaulting a little girl. The. case was »ot completed when tlie Court rose.
