DK BUCK'S CAMPAIGN. By Telegraph.—Per Press Association. Whangarei, Last Night. Dr Buck. Opposition candidate for the Bay of Islands, opened his campaign'at Hikurangi on Saturday night. The eaadidate condemned the Government admini'trnUon for unfulfllm*nt of promisee. Hp made special reference to the Huntly disaster, and said the Reform party had failed to introduce miring Ujjislation to prevent accidents. He aided' "Tho Government must accept the responsibility of being guilty of manslaughter." 'The candidate received a vote of thanks and confidence.
