The Prcuiiier replied that it was true that they were face to face with a sho iage, but he was confident that Sew Zealand would have enough wheat a;n: fiour to last them until the end of the year. One miller had informed him thai he was endeavoring to secure from America 1000 tons of wheat, llhe (the l\vinier) was communicating with India and Canada with a view to getting fur--1 her supplies to overcome tun shortage.
