WEBSTER BROS.' REPORT. Poultry.—At the mart on Saturday our pens were filled with birds of all classes. Prices were well maintained and wo still have an unsatisfied demand for table poultry. Cood forward ducklings are also realising good prices:— liens, yourif* 2s to 2s dd, fat 2s 8d to 3s 6d; ducks, 2s 3d to 2s 7d; drakes, 2s 6d. to 3s; ducklings, young (jd to lid, forward Is Cd to Is lOd; cockerels', young 2s to 2s 4d, fat 2s Cd to is 2d; hen and chicks, fis Bd to 7s 9d; goslings, Is lOd fo Is lid.
'• Ths usual line of . auction sundries realised satisfactory prices. . Fruit. —During the week Tcry little has been offering, and prices are* on a :r with the previous week. A mice lino of Nelson green peas arrived on Friday last and realised Is 7>/ 3 d per peck. Pricea as under: Bananas, green 12s, ; ripe 2%d per lb.; lemons, Is Id to la 2d dozen; apples; King David, 16s per case; green peas, Is 7VL>d per peck.
