MINISTERS' RESIGNATION DEMANDED.

A ministerial crisis in Italy is threatened. The press is attacking the Minister of. War for culpable negligence regarding army equipment and demand his resignation. The discovery of more mines in the Adriatic has caused the Italian Admiralty to suspend the services, to Adriatic ports, excepting Venice and Trieste. | ' A HIGH-HANDED BUSINESS. I AUSTRIAN THREATS TO ITALIANS! Received 14, 12.40 a.m. Rome, October 13. l.e Messagero states that Prince Holienlohe, Governor of Trieste, has ordered the police to take the names of a thousand prominent citizens, including the Mayor, destined as hostages in the event of Italy declaring war against Austria.
Tho Government office has printed a manifesto, announcing that the least manifestation in favor of Italy will be punished, the guilty shot without trial, and the Trieste deputies and seven citiZ(ns will be hanged.
