Alio Times' correspondent at Nish says that Bulgaria has now gone to the length of according Austria facilities for interfering with the passage on the Danube of Russian war material destined for Servia. As the Serbian operations cannot be hampered without increasing the difficulties of the Russian campaign, against Austria, it is not surprising that strong representations have been made at Sofia by the Entente Powers. It is understood that King Ferdinand's Government is still considering its reply.
