TROUBLE BREWING WITH BULGARIA. VIOLATION OF NEUTRALITY. OPEN ASSISTANCE TO AUSTRIA. Times and Sydney Sun Services. Received 13, 5.40 p.m. London, October 12.

Alio Times' correspondent at Nish says that Bulgaria has now gone to the length of according Austria facilities for interfering with the passage on the Danube of Russian war material destined for Servia.
