CAPTURE OF JALUIT.
BRITISH SHIPS RELEASED.

Official. —Bluejackets seized Jaluit unopposed. They captured the fortifications, arms and ammunition, and released the British ships in port.
The Navy Department explains that the occupation for military purposes is not permanent.
