REINFORCEMENTS FOR THE EXPEDITIONARY FORCE.
With reference to the reinforcements that are now being called for, the following Taranaki officers have vomntecrad' for service:—Major F. T. Beilringer (New Plymouth), Major A. J. Clark (Kith am), Lieutenant G. W. Taylor (Eltham), Lieut. Hartnell (New Plymouth), and Lieut. IL Munro (Stratford). As only a limited number of officers will be required, and the selection will be made from volunteers throughout the Dominion, it is probable that many of those who send in their names will not bo accepted, the selection being made by | the Defence Department.
Volunteers for the ranks can now enrol at the Coronation lian, New (Plymouth, and at all other centres in the province where Defence officers are stationed. No time should be lost in Bending in names as only a limited number I is required for Tamnaki.
