The Court of Appeal opened to-day, Sir Robert Stout, Justices Denniston, Edward, Sinr, and Hosking, being on the bench. The Court made absolute ordei-s striking John Crisp (Palmerston South), and James: Sampson Neave (Invercargill) off the roll of (barristers c.i:d solicitors'. In -the case of Robert Taylor Wood, of Auckland, the court •reserved its decision.
