The eighteenth annual meeting of shareholders wan held in the Public Hull, Oaonui, on Thursdav, September 10th, 1014, at 11.30 a.m." There were 31 shareholder.-) present at the commencement of the .business, Mr J. 0. O'Korke, chairman of directors, presiding. The report and balance-sheet were read as follow?:- During the year ended June 30, lhlJ, 12,557.1itW1b5. of milk were' received. Of this 053,875105. were manufactured into butter, producing.lt,63iru.-.' of commercial butter, giving the result of lib butter to 21.37 ibs of milk, the average test betng 4.0, and the over-run 15. The remaining ll;(i03,1281ba. of milk were manufactured into c'heese, giving the result of lib. of cheese to K).24)bs. of milk and 2.(1211)8. of cheese to lib. of butter-fat. Average teat, 3.71 Payments for the year averaged 11.OS, and there is now a surplus of £2305 2s 3d to be dealt with. This surplus, together with payments made, represent a value of 13.17 d per lb. .butter, fat for the whole year..

The chairman moved that the. report and balance-sheet be adopted. This was seconded by Mr 0. Cross and carried.

If was resolved that 5 per cent, be paid on subscribed capital— ,C 237 15m; to write oil .1500 for depreciation, and make a further payment of £l4Ol ißs Ud to suppliers, leaving a balance uf £232 8s Od to carry forward. 'The following were elected directors: Messrs. J. C. O'Korke, ,1. Young, C. Jeffries, C. n. Pepperell. F. lloskin, R. P. iMalcolm and G. J. Cleg" Mr. G. W. Rogers was reappointed auditor at a fee of £0 Gs.
