Following is Wie High Commissioner's report, uniler date London, September 21 (12.35 a.m.): — Reliable. The Servians defeated -20,000 Austrians near Novibazax. The jiontenegvnw are advancing towards Sarajevo and liavo occupied Prohetka, whence the Austrians retired.

A Berlin message states that the ITote Rheims was within the area of battle, and the Germans were compelled to fire on it. They regret that the city was damaged. Official—Madras offers a fully-equipped hospital ship of 300 beds for the use of the Indian Expeditionary Force.
