OFFICERS COURT-MARTIALLED. KACIAL DIFFICULTIES IN TIIE ARMY. Borne, September 21. A telegram from Vienna states that tlie Austrians court-martialled and Bliot General Vodinavski, of Slav origin, who was accused of spying, also the Slav stationmaster at Lemberg. It is reported that General Frorfich, who was removed from the command of a cavalry division which was nearly annihilated, has committed suicide.
