GERMANS' TOWN-BURNING APPARATUS. NEW MILITARY EQUIPMENT. Antwerp, September 17. Tho authorities have captured tho machines used at Termonde for spraving kerosene through broken windows when the Germans intended to burn the place in revenge for their reverses. Followin" the machines came soldiers throwing lighted fuses on the kerosene. One spraying machine was driven by a motor, the others being operated by hand.
