THE LIOMNfeING BILL, The Ooimeil went into committee upon the Liqenaing Bill. Speaking upon the question of tlhe 20' per cent, limit fixed for the strength of wine, Hon. H.D. Bfell pointed out that so far from the standard being too toigh; 'he found fram investigations that the standard was not high, enough. He hoped to tove the data ready to place before the Council .to-morrow, and therefore asked for the postponement of the clause. »
