S.M. COURT.
Before Mr. A. Crooko, S.M., on Friday, the following- cases were dealt with: —•
Sutherland Bros. v. .Tolui Dravitzki, claim £2 Bs, judgment by default, witli costs 13s.
S. Huston v. W. Kbisella, claim £3 liSa 9d.—Order made for .payment not later than August 31, in default seven days' imprisonment. ilenry Petersen v. M. ScSHly, claim £3 15g,—Order made for payment of amount not later than August 31, in default seven (lavs' imprisonment. H. W. Horner v. Murray Fowler, claim £fi Is 7d.—The Magistrate declined to make any order. Registrar of Births v. G. Hynes, information for failing to register the birth of a child within the prescribed time.—Defendant pleaded guilty—The Registrar of Births said the Department did not ask for a fine, as the fault was not, defendant's, and the Department only wanted to get the registration of received from Sydney, the following without fine or costs.
