THE ANNUAL' KiaPOliT. Oil Wednesday evening the Minister 6f' Public Health (the Hon. H. Heaton Rhodes) presented to the House of Representatives the annual report 01V the mental hospitals of the Dominion. The report covers the year 11)13, and shows that the number of patients on the register at tJhe beginning of the year was 3V13 (mijlfis.2273, females 1040). and at the end of the year 3>i»o4' , (males 2332, females 1832).
