General Jankovic is in command at Patnikill. WHAT IS BULGARIA'S GAME? ■ SYSTEMATIC PREPARATIONS. 1 Received 13, 11.35 p.m, Nish, August 13. A competent military observer from Sofia opines that the Bulgarians are systematically preparing, and will move in the case of Austro-German succesi. It is officially stated that the Bulgarians' decision to maintain her neutrality remains unshaken, despite suggestions of future rewards from various quarters. Newspapers state that the Russian Minister on Tuesday had an audience with the King, and presented the Czar's letter proposing that Bulgaria should henceforth conform to the policy that Russia suggests.
