A CONTRABAND CAlt GO. AUSTRIAN FLEET SIGHTED. Rome, August 10. The Austrian steamship Bayern has been ordered to leave Naples owijjg to her cargo of dynamite and live projectiles. She is trying to reach the Adriatic in the darkness, and it is suspected that her real mission is to replenish the Goeben and Breslau. -Thirteen Austrian battleships and cruisers and 16 torpedo boats have been sighted in the Adriatic.
