SOLICITORS IN TROUBLE.
CHRISTCHUROJI CASES. Per Press Association. Christcliureh, Yesterday. Thomas Maude, solicitor, before the court to-day, charged with fraudulent conversion, was remanded till August 12. Bail was allowed in two sureties of £IOOO each. Frank Bowring Turner, solicitor, was also charged that on March 30 he received the sum of £77 18s Id and fraudulently converted the sa,me to his own as«. He was remanded till Friday. Bail ras allowed in £6OO.
