Warea, came off on Wednesday night last in the 'iocal hall before a large attendance. The Warea team pulled their opponents off the Udder three times in .succession. The settlers of the district are all requested to turn out on Friday at tlu school for the purpose of planting tre?s, etc., and so -beautify the school grounds ft is understood that afternoon tea is being provided by the school teacher (.Miss Barak). There have been several clearing sales in the district lately, very satisfactory prices being realised.
