WEDDING BELLS.
O'KELLY—JENNINGS. At St. Joseph's church, New Plymouth, yesterday morning, Mr. Thomas O'Kelly (manager for Oollott and Company, Auckland) of Tra'lee, was married to Miss Bertha Jennings, daughter of Mr. Win. T. Jennings,, ex-M.P. for Taumarunui. The nuptial mass was celebrated by Dean McKenna. The bride was given away by her father, and was charmingly attired in a pearl grey cloth costume, with grgy velvet hat and white ospreys. , The bridesmaid was Miss Queenie Hawkins, of Eltham, who wore I a dainty violet cloth costume with hat of oriental silk to match. The bridegroom's present to the bride was a gold brooch set with rubies and diamonds, ?nd to the bridesmaid a gold brooch set with pearls and diataonds. The duties of best man were carried out by Mr. Alfred Jenning?. After the ceremony. the guests, were, entertained to a wedding breakfast at tho Kia Ora rooms, where Dean McKenna proposed the health 1 of the newly-wedded couple. Other toasts were the bride's parents, proposed by Mr. Jaa. Hawkins, and supported by MessTs D. Berry and 0. Ahier (friends of the family for over forty years);, bridesmaid and best man, proposed by Mr. J. Vale, tho dergy, proposed by Mr. J. O'Brien, Amongst very many valuable presents to the bride was a collection of d'oyleys from the Children of Mary, and a substantial cablegram from, the bride's brother, Mr. Harold Jennings, of tho British South American Bank. Buenos Ayres. Mr. and Mrs. O'Kelly will reside at Mt. Bden. Auckland, and they left by the Rarawa last evening.
