THE KHEDIVE FIRED AT.
[ A SPEEDY VENGEANCE. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Received 27, 12.30 a.m. Constantinople, July 26. Mahmoud, a young Egyptian student, a son of Mehmet Mizaffer Pasha, fired several shots, slightly wounding the Khedive in the arm anil check. He also shot the Khedive's son-in-law in the leg. The Khedive was leaving the Grand Vizierate. The Court escort immediately shot Mahmoud dead.
