GERMAN CROWN PRINCE.

Le Temps states that at a dinner at the British Embassy at Berlin, the Crown Prince suddenly remarked to Sir Edward Goschen, "Where are your spies " The Ambassador replied, "What spies?" The Crown Prince rejoined: "Your two spies—the naval and military attaches." The Ambassador retorted that his attaches did not occupy themselves with espionage.
