FIREWORKS FACTORY EXPLODES, Rome, July 19, Lightning exploded a fireworks factory at East EUamare. Many were burned in the ruins. Ten bodies have been recovered. RAVAGES BY BEETLES. Berlin, July 19. Two hundred soldiers have been sent tc deal wit'h Colorado beetles, which are ravaging several potato farms westward of Hamburg. The Colorado beetle is a most serious enemy to the potato. The News of the World states that the_ Cabinet has decided to abolish the position of Inspector-General of the Overseas Forces, as the expense is not commensurate with the advantages.
