ONE RESULT OF ENTERPRISE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyrigiit Received 12, 5.5 p.m. New York, July 11. Field, editor of the San Francisco Magazine, and Fowler, an aviator, and two others have been arrested on a charge of disclosing military secrets. Fowler aexoplaned over the Panama Canal forts, and wrbte an article pointing out the inadequacy of the defences against air attack. Field published tlifi article, and the Department of War ordered fhe arrests. This is the first prosecution of the kind ever heard.
