Roasted to Death

During a fire which destroyed a lodging camp at Comly mill, Taeonia, seventeen men aboard a locomotive were attempting to save a number of loaded lumber cars, when the locomotive left the undermined track and plunged headlong into the flames. Fourteen escaped .badly burned, but three were burnt to ashes.
A boy caught his foot under the overturned engine, and was slowly roasted :o death, his companions being too bady injured to assist him.
