At the elocl tion, three members were declared clerted whose nominations were accepted after the notified lime. The secretary had refused them, but the animal meetiii" decided to accept them. The objectors consulted the Society's solicitor, who advised that the nominations had been wrongly accepted, and the next three on the list must lie declared elected. At today's meeting both threes turned -ip and claimed seats, counsel's opinions lying produced by both parties. The whole of the bu.sinesu was tied up. Probably an appeal will be made io the Supreme Court to decide the dispute.
